Soul Retrieval Coaching focuses on helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that went offline in order to survive; old roles, adaptations, and patterns that once kept you safe but no longer fit.
Unlike traditional coaching, this work isn’t just about optimization, productivity, or pushing toward external goals. And unlike therapy, it isn’t focused on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Instead, we work at the level of identity, self-trust, and orientation, so you can make choices from who you actually are, not who you learned to be.
This work draws from psychology, nervous system awareness, mindfulness, and immersive, relational practices. Rather than offering formulas or one-size-fits-all strategies, I help you understand why certain patterns keep repeating, what no longer fits, and how to move forward from a place of truth rather than pressure or performance.
Depending on where you are, this can look like deep identity repair and reclamation (The Bridge), practical life structure and habit design (The Blueprint), focused clarity work (The Beacon), or immersive experiences and events designed to support integration and reflection.
This isn’t about fixing you or becoming a better version of yourself. It’s about returning to who you already are, and making choices from that place.

Each container supports a different kind of work. The right choice depends less on how “serious” you are, and more on what kind of support you need right now.
The Bridge is for deep identity repair and return. Choose The Bridge if you’re at a real-life crossroads, after burnout, heartbreak, major transition, or long-term misalignment, and you’re no longer sure who you are beneath old roles, survival patterns, or expectations. This container focuses on reclaiming lost parts of yourself, dissolving long-running patterns, and rebuilding from truth rather than adaptation. It’s not about goals or optimization; it’s about coming back into relationship with yourself.
The Blueprint is for practical life design and implementation.
Choose The Blueprint if you’re internally clear, or becoming clear, but your daily life doesn’t yet reflect that. This container focuses on habits, routines, schedules, boundaries, and systems that support how you actually want to live. It’s especially supportive during career changes, lifestyle redesigns, or seasons where you need structure that’s mindful, humane, and sustainable. The Beacon is for focused clarity and orientation. Choose The Beacon if you don’t need a long-term container but want a single, intentional session to get perspective, direction, or next steps around a specific situation. It’s ideal when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain and want help seeing clearly without committing to ongoing work.
None of these containers are “better” than the others. They simply serve different moments. If you’re unsure where you fall, we can talk it through together.

The Wisdom Well is a collection of self-guided resources designed to support reflection, grounding, and integration at your own pace. You’ll find prompts, tools, and practices you can return to whenever you need clarity or recalibration, whether or not you’re currently in a coaching container.
-
In addition to private coaching containers, I offer immersive events, challenges, group experiences, and creative projects (including podcasts and writing) designed to support reflection, connection, and integration. These experiences are optional and meant to complement, not replace, individual work. Check out my book It Gets To Be Easy or try the 22 Day Manifestation Challenge!

No. The book stands on its own and can be a helpful entry point into my perspective, but it isn’t required to begin coaching or participate in any offering.

Not at all! Change doesn’t have to mean a total life overhaul. My offerings meet you wherever you are, whether you’re in the thick of transformation or just beginning to explore what’s possible. Come as you are; we’ll figure out the next steps together. Curiosity, openness, and a desire for clarity matter more than certainty or confidence.

My podcasts explore identity, meaning, emotional life, and the lived experience of becoming yourself. They’re reflective, conversational, and often a mix of insight, humor, and real-time questioning, meant to be companionable rather than prescriptive.

Nope! Coaching, resources, and events are all standalone offerings. Some people enjoy experiencing multiple entry points; others engage with just one. There’s no “right” way to work with this material.
-
If you’re unsure where to begin, The Beacon or The Wisdom Well can be gentle entry points. You’re also welcome to explore the container descriptions and reach out with questions. There’s no rush to decide. Click the Work With MEbutton to explore the best offering for you.

Emails are sent periodically and usually include reflections, insights, or updates about new offerings and events. They’re meant to be thoughtful and human, not overwhelming or sales-heavy.
-
Pricing and policies are listed on each offering page. Because this work is experiential and relational, refunds are limited once a container begins. Please review details carefully before committing.
