ECSTATIC DANCE
Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement experience designed to help you shake off stress, reconnect with your rhythm, and remember what it feels like to be fully alive. There’s no choreography, no mirrors, and no right way to move, just music, community, and the invitation to let your body lead.
It’s part release, part ritual, and part rebellion against the idea that movement has to look a certain way. Expect good music and a space that feels both sacred and safe. We begin with gentle grounding and intention setting, then let the beat build, ending in stillness and integration.
