      After purchasing, click the download link provided to save the meditation audio file to your preferred device. Make sure to save it somewhere easily accessible, like a “Meditations” folder on your phone, tablet, or computer.

    2. Prepare Your Space
      Find a quiet and comfortable spot where you can relax without interruptions. You can sit upright, lie down, or create a calming environment with pillows, candles, or soft lighting.

    3. Use Headphones (Optional)
